4. About Our Pricing Structure

All fees are clearly stated. There is no enrollment fee. Material costs are included in the Meditaliano Premium fee. (*Prices shown are with the discount applied until December 2024.)

Prices are in Euros (EUR, €). Please be aware of the exchange rate at the time of payment. Fees are not included in the displayed prices. (※For applications from within Japan. Please confirm tax exemption/non-taxable status at checkout.)

• Fees required in addition to the product price:
  • Consumption Tax: (See above)
  • Wise Transfers: Customers are responsible for any currency exchange fees.
  • Other: Internet connection fees and device costs (PC, etc.) necessary for learning are the customer's responsibility.

5. Refund and Mid-term Cancellation Policy

As this service involves the provision of digital content and services, the following conditions apply.

• 1. First Trial Guarantee:
  • If you are not satisfied with the first trial lesson, you may cancel at any time after the trial.
• 2. Cancellation after Contract Formation (Cooling-off Equivalent):
  • For "Meditaliano Pro" and "Meditaliano Ultra" (plans including services), cancellation is possible by written notice (including email) within 8 days, including the date of contract formation (payment completion date). (※Excludes the First Trial Guarantee above).
  • This right is limited to 8 days, including the date of contract formation, and cannot be exercised after this period has passed.
  • Upon receiving such a cancellation notice, we will refund the full amount received to the bank account designated by the purchaser within 14 days. We will bear any bank transfer fees for the refund.
• 3. Regarding "Meditaliano Premium" (Self-Study Pack):
  • "Meditaliano Premium" (Annual Plan) is a service primarily providing digital content (question banks, mock exams, PDFs, etc.).
  • Due to the nature of the service, access is granted immediately upon payment (contract formation). Therefore, it is not eligible for the policies in 1 and 2 above. As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds for customer convenience after payment is completed.
• 4. Mid-term Cancellation by Customer (Subscription):
  • After the 8-day period (items 1 & 2) has passed, if you wish to cancel your "Meditaliano Pro" or "Meditaliano Ultra" (Monthly Plan) mid-term, please notify us in writing (including email).
  • For monthly plans, notification by the 10th of the current month will result in cancellation at the end of that month, stopping the billing for the following month.
  • For annual lump-sum payments, refunds for the unused period will be handled according to the terms specified in the user agreement.
  • In case of mid-term cancellation, fees already paid (such as the current month's fee for monthly plans) will not be refunded.
• 5. Returns/Exchanges due to Service Defects or Issues:
  • If you experience technical issues preventing access to the course, or if there is a verifiable defect in the digital content, please contact us immediately at meditalianoinfo@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

The 6000+ question bank and mock exams provided by our service are constructed from a wide range of sources to fully align with the latest IMAT trends.
